Why isn't my email arriving?
When your messages bounce, never reach the recipient or land in spam, the cause is very often in your domain's DNS records. This tool checks the MX records for incoming mail together with SPF and DMARC for outgoing mail and shows step by step what is missing.

This tool runs in your browser and needs JavaScript.
How to use it
- Enter the domain after the @ in your email address (e.g. yourcompany.com).
- Press the run button. Results are listed separately as definite problems, possible issues, unverifiable and passed; each finding shows what was found, what it means, the fix and the limits of the check.
- Apply the suggested fix and run the tool again to confirm. Use “Copy result” to add the report to a support ticket.
Example
Say quotes sent from your new yourcompany.com address land in customers' spam folders: the tool reports a missing SPF record or an absent DMARC policy as separate findings. The “Example” button in the form fills in a scenario like this and shows the result immediately.
Scope and limits
MX, SPF and DMARC records are read from public DNS resolvers. The results describe configuration findings; they do not prove why one particular message did not arrive.
Your inputs are not added to the address bar or passed to analytics, and result pages are not indexed by search engines.
