SPF merge helper

A domain may hold only one SPF record; adding a second record for a new service breaks SPF. This helper merges your current record and the services you pick into a single record. It only uses service names verified to publish SPF and never guesses unknown values.

How to use it

  1. Enter your domain, tick the sending services you use and state your own server and any extra includes.
  2. Press the run button. Results are listed separately as definite problems, possible issues, unverifiable and passed; each finding shows what was found, what it means, the fix and the limits of the check.
  3. Apply the suggested fix and run the tool again to confirm. Use “Copy result” to add the report to a support ticket.

Example

If your website's contact form sends from the server and your business mail runs on Microsoft 365, the tool merges both sources into one record and reports its lookup count. The “Example” button in the form fills in a scenario like this and shows the result immediately.

Scope and limits

Service values are added after a live check that the provider publishes an SPF record there. We cannot know which services you use; fill in the list according to your own sending sources.

Your inputs are not added to the address bar or passed to analytics, and result pages are not indexed by search engines.
