By utilizing our services, all clients agree to comply with our Terms of Service (ToS). These terms are designed to ensure respectful and responsible resource usage while safeguarding network integrity and availability for all users.

Zero-Tolerance Violations:

• DDoS & Network Attacks: Launching, participating in, or targeting external networks with DoS/DDoS attacks, port scanning, or botnet operations is strictly prohibited.
• Abuse & Exploitation Material: Storing, relaying, linking, or making accessible any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or human exploitation content is strictly forbidden.
• Malicious Software & Phishing: Distributing ransomware, malware payloads, banking trojans, or hosting credential-harvesting phishing pages is prohibited.
• Illicit Marketplaces: Hosting web platforms dedicated to the trafficking of illegal goods, stolen financial credentials, or controlled substances is not permitted.
• Cryptocurrency Mining: Unless explicitly authorized under dedicated bare-metal agreements, crypto mining is prohibited to prevent hardware degradation and shared-resource starvation.

Any violation of these terms will result in immediate service suspension and account termination without prior notice. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without advance notification.
